The (Real) Millennium.......
...the Presence of the Blessed Hope!

Millennium age!
Jesus turns another page,
taking center stage!

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
2 Peter 3:8

The realisation that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years was generally accepted by the Jewish Rabbis & the early Church Fathers, leading to the accepted teaching that the Messiah will come, to establish His Kingdom, after six days of world history.
This is also supported in the text of Hosea...
suggesting a two thousand year diaspora followed by the revival & restitution in the Kingdom of God.

Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
Hosea 6:1-2

This same principal applies to the saying of Jesus...
alluding to the two thousand years of the ministry of the true church,
followed by perfection on the third day!

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.
Luke 13:32

The Real Millennium will only commence following...

The revealing of the Blessed Hope, (Titus 2:13; Revelation 1:7), i.e....
...the bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ, (John 14:3; 2 Timothy 4:1)
...along with the armies of heaven, (Daniel 7:22; Revelation 19:14),
...destroying the wicked at the Battle of Armageddon, (Revelation 16:16),
...& fulfilling the judgment of the nations, (Matthew 25:30-32).
...establishing His Kingdom, that will have no end, (1 Kings 9:5; Luke 1:33;),
...ruling with a rod of iron, (Psalms 2:9; Revelation 2:27; 12:5; 19:15)

This could be referred to as the third day of the New Covenant...
& the final seventh day of the earths momentous history.
A day of rest, Restoration, Peace & Harmony...
when the Lord will rule with a rod of iron!

Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
Psalms 2:9

The millennium reign of the Lord Jesus Christ commences with the binding of Satan in the bottomless pit, (Revelation 20: 1-6), (the abyss), for the thousand year period. Praise God that Satan and his demonic hordes, source of mankind’s woes, the great deceiver, the destroyer, is prevented from exerting any influence on mankind throughout this period. Those who remain on earth being allowed to enter into this Kingdom do so only through a commitment to follow the Lord Jesus Christ.

And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Revelation 20:1-6

The Real Millennium Established...

The Power & the Presence...of the Lord Jesus Christ...
The Praise & Pageantry at Mount Zion...City of our God...
The People...the Saints of the Ages, Tribulation Survivors...
The Parliament...ministering in Love, Holiness, Peace...
The Politics...directed by the Word of God...
The Planet...Regenerated & Restored...
The Purpose...for the Glory of God..!

...and the motto will be HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD! (Zec. 14:20-21;).

And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
Isaiah 2:4

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
Isaiah 9:6-7

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
Isaiah 65:25

At the close of the Millennium period Satan is given one final brief opportunity to decieve the people of the nations!

And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and firecame down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Revelation 20:7-10

Preceded by the Great White Throne Judgment...God's Creation now moves on into Eternity, to a New Heaven & a New Earth
